Create your organization profile before using any services. Onboarding is done by email — there is no self-serve registration API.

Email us to get started

Contact support@snh-ai.com (or your SNH AI point of contact) and include:
  • Company / organization name
  • Primary country of operation
  • Primary technical contact name and email
  • Your compliance / adjudication rules documentation (the rule handbook or equivalent used for reportability decisions)
  • Any notes (timelines, contacts, etc.)
We will reply with your API credentials and environment details once provisioning is complete.

What Happens Next

Once we receive your request, the SNH AI team will:

Register your organization

Your organization is added to the platform and assigned a unique tenant ID.

Provision API credentials

An API key is generated for your organization in the format eval-api-key-<unique-hash>. You’ll receive one key per environment (staging, production).

Apply your rules documentation

Your rules documentation is reviewed and used to configure evaluation for your organization.
4

Grant environment access

Staging and production access is enabled for your organization.
You’ll receive your API credentials and environment details via email once provisioning is complete.

Enable Services

After your organization is set up, enable specific services based on your business requirements. Each enabled service provides access to the corresponding APIs and workflows. Currently available services: Contact support@snh-ai.com to enable additional services for your organization.
